Here are a few photos! We finally got internet at the clinic and Gina (our housemate) has let us use her computer to upload some. I am working on getting a Picasa album so bear with me! Descriptions under each photo.
Here is the clinic sign. Don't send us packages. While we would love them, they will arrive long after we have left!(45 days to arrive).
Here we are at the dump hanging with the kids. The splotches on the camera is NOT from rain.... pure dust and dirt. Kids are happy, we are greasy.
Two young girls- probably four or five although they look around age two. Notice neither of them have on underwear or diapers. Flip flops are worn by all.
A shot of Cebu from the drive to the clinic from the airport. At this point I really have no idea where this is. Most of the scenery is like this or far worse. Shanty huts, pollution and overcrowding.
The line that formed immediately when the van arrived at the dump. The line continually extended for about 90 mins. Gang signs are always fun here (see kid in front).
Our Apartment! The blue door is locked and only one key exists to open it (don't worry Mom!).Ok- working on Picasa album so it should appear on the right hand side of the website if all goes well!
